These terms cover vertictree.com and text messages from Vertic Tree Works LLC (“Vertic Tree Works,” “we,” “us”), a tree service company in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Text messaging program

Who sends the messages: Vertic Tree Works LLC.

How you opt in: by checking a text-message consent box in the chat window on this website, or by giving us permission directly. Each box is optional and unchecked until you check it. Opening the chat or sending a message does not sign you up for texts.

What we send:

Customer care and job messages (if you agree to these): replies to your questions, estimate scheduling and follow-up, appointment reminders, and updates about your job.
Promotional messages (only if you separately agree to these): occasional offers and seasonal reminders about tree service.

Estimates are free. Price, scope, and terms for a job are set in the written estimate you approve, not on this website. We work to keep the site accurate, but service details can change. Call us to confirm anything important.
