Insurance, safety, and how we protect your property
You shouldn’t have to guess whether a tree crew carries insurance. Ask. We expect the question.
Insurance
Vertic Tree Works is licensed and insured. A certificate of insurance (COI) is available before work starts — email info@vertictree.com or ask on the estimate visit.
How to request a COI
- Call (225) 418-2720 or email info@vertictree.com.
- Give us the job address and any certificate-holder name your mortgage company or HOA needs.
- We send the COI before work begins on accepted jobs.
Licensing
Louisiana LDAF Licensed Arborist, License No. AR 26-3070, issued through the Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry, Horticulture Commission. Ask and we’ll show it alongside your COI.
Safety and site care
- Drop zones and access planned before any cutting starts
- PPE and standard tree-work safety practices on every job
- Fences, AC units, beds, and hardscape called out in the plan
- Wood and brush hauled per the quote — we don’t leave a disaster and call it done
What we won’t do
- Dodge the question when you ask about insurance
- Cut a neighbor’s tree without proper authorization
- Top trees as a cheap “solution”
- Claim credentials we don’t hold — our license is listed above, and that’s what we claim
- Promise crane work we haven’t confirmed — cranes are arranged through trusted partners, per job
