This policy covers vertictree.com and the ways you can reach Vertic Tree Works LLC (“Vertic Tree Works,” “we,” “us”) through it.
What we collect
- Estimate form: your name, phone, email, job address, city, the service you need, your description of the job, any photo you attach, and the optional best-time and how-you-heard fields.
- Website chat: the name, phone number, and message you type into the chat window, plus any text-message consent you choose to give there.
- Calls, texts, and email: whatever you send us directly.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, schedule and prepare your estimate, do the work you ask us to do, and follow up about that work. If you separately agree to promotional texts, we may also send occasional offers (see Terms & SMS).
Who processes it for us
We use a few service providers to run the business. They handle your information only so they can deliver it to us:
- Netlify, our website host, receives estimate form submissions.
- Our business software stores estimate requests and job records.
- LeadConnector (HighLevel) runs the website chat and our business texting.
We don’t sell your information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from Vertic Tree Works, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers above that send the messages for us.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Full details are in our Terms & SMS.
